Size Guide
Kessoro garments are cut to US sizing. The charts below are body measurements — measure yourself, then pick the size your measurements fall into. They are not the flat measurements of the garment itself.
How to measure
- Chest / bust — around the fullest part, keeping the tape level under your arms.
- Waist — around your natural waist, the narrowest point, usually just above the navel.
- Hips — around the fullest part, roughly 8 inches below the waist.
- Inseam — from the crotch seam to the bottom of the ankle.
Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over light clothing or bare skin.

Footwear
Shoe sizes are listed in US sizing on the product page. If you are normally a half size, we recommend taking the next size up — most of our footwear runs slightly narrow through the toe box.
If you're between sizes
Size up. This is the single most common piece of advice we give. It applies especially to:
- Knitwear, sweaters and cardigans, which are cut closer than you might expect.
- Anything described as slim-fit or tailored.
- Outerwear you plan to layer over a shirt or sweater.
If you prefer a relaxed or oversized look, size up regardless of where your measurements land.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Most orders then arrive within 5–12 business days, and every order ships with tracking — you'll get the tracking link by email.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on every order. Express insured shipping is available at checkout for $4.99.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@kessoro.co with your order number and we'll send instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached; return postage is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.
How do I find my size?
Our pieces are cut to US sizing. If you're between sizes, size up — especially for knitwear and slim fits. Full measurements are in our size guide, or email us your measurements and we'll recommend a size.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and handled by Shopify — we never see or store your card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I change my order or address?
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before it's processed.
